Drain Doctor was a great experience from start to finish. When I first called, I was told someone would be out later in the day. As the day got later, I called back expecting to reschedule for the next morning. To my surprise, I was told I would be Anthony's next stop, and he even gave me a choice of an evening visit or the following morning. What impressed me most was Anthony's attitude. The rep that came out was on time, very courteous and professional. He walked me through every step that he was doing to clear the drain. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned up the work area as he found it when he first arrived. Based on his performance, I would recommend this company and use them for any future issues.
