Mike an Aidan did a great job installing a new hotwater heater in an awkward location. Both were very personable and very happy we selected DS for the installation.
The customer service I received was disappointing.The staff member’s tone and attitude came across as rude and unprofessional. I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience.
