Once again Brad has saved my house and my bank account! I had a frozen pipe and flooding on Christmas Day and he called me the very next morning. When he came out he solved the problem very quickly, and didn't charge me anywhere close to what I thought I was going to have to pay. He is a very kind, experienced, and smart man! His services are extremely affordable and I highly recommend him!! Not to mention that ever since he power jetted my sewer line, I have not had a single drip of water in my basement!
Brad was AMAZING! He was timely to come and look at my sewer line. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time, and he was so pleasant to be around. After struggling to find a good plumber, I was extremely grateful to come across Drain d'rooter. I was dealing with water in my basement, and when I called this morning the owner picked up right away and he met me at my house when I got off of work today. Then had the water out of my basement and hydro jetted my entire line in an hour. He also charged me 1/3 of what other companies were quoting me, so I highly recommend this business.
