Excellent service - had a backup and didn't know what was causing it. They sent a camera through to take a look and we were fortunate that it was a 'soft blockage' that could be cleared by routing of the camera. The view of the line was good to see so that we could have confidence in what caused it. We learned that the wyes that were plumbed in for future basement fixtures can cause these blockages if there isn't water periodically run through them to clear them. Been using Drain Champ since 2012. Dan is an expert at clearing drains, and scoping sewer lines. His pricing is affordable, he's honest and appointments are easy to make, he can often come on short notice. Several years ago, I was selling a home, the plumbing outfit the buyers first hired sent us a bogus video of the sewer line, at a cost of over $20k to replace. For many years, Drain Champ's taken care of the problem when I couldn't fix the issue. After I try renting equipment and recruiting friends/family for help and advice, this is the place I call! Always done great work and reasonably priced!
