Fantastic experience, I called and he was here within 20 to 30 min. He fixed the issue and explained what work needs to be done in the future to prevent any more issues. The price for fixing the kitchen clog was very reasonable and the quote to fix the pipe in the basement from the kitchen was also great. Very professional and he explained everything in detail. I would recommend this company to anyone.
We had an issue with our sewer backing up on an older home. We called out another plumber who Ran a snake through the main line and said it was fixed. 2 weeks later we had the same issue come up. The same plumber came out and informed me we had a massive issue that would cost 4k to fix. Decided to get a second opinion and called Drain Brain. Great service. I called because I had a toilet backing up and some leakage elsewhere. Called and they answered right away, said that they could come in about 1.5-2 hours, but got a text saying that they could come even earlier. The service was fast and very friendly. He also explained some other things to help with the smell and preventative maintenance. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.
My mainline backed up today, I called Stefan, and he was very kind, considerate and professional!! He was at my home within 30 minutes of my call, and did an extremely thorough job, definitely the best plumber I've had out in the 17 years I've lived in this home, and I've had to have the mainline done yearly, sometimes more often when it wasn't done as well!
