I had a problem with sewage not drawing out of my building. I figured there was a clog. My plumber referred me to The Drain Brain because he felt they would be more equipped to hand the problem. The tech was able to show me that there was no clog, but a broken sewer pipe that would have to be replaced. He even showed me on the camera where it was and marked on the grass where the excavator would have to dig to make the repair. The price was very fair for all the work the tech did. I would use them again for sure.

My family was stressed out having issues with our clogged kitchen sink drain! Was advised to called drain brain for our issues! We called and the next day the two gentlemen (Ben and Valik) came over and assured us the problem would be fixed. After about 20 minutes our drain and cleaned and the gentlemen even cleaned up the little mess from the drain. Would recommend this company to anyone with drain issues. Great customer service as well thank you guys!

I called Drain Brain for a clogged toilet and scheduled an appointment. The technician found a remote and a toothbrush stuck in the original toilet. He kindly offered to replace it with an extra toilet from his shop. However, the new toilet has a faulty valve that makes a lot of noise. I’ve contacted them multiple times for repairs, but no one has returned to finish the job. I’m giving one star because it’s frustrating when commitments aren’t fulfilled, especially when your given a tip.

Excellent service, and price was more then half what I paid the last time with another service. They also came right away. Highly recommend then
