Had a major back up in my main waste line in my basement. Jacob from drain brain showed up. Absolutely great guy, professional, polite and very informative. Explained everything that was wrong and explained what he was going to do. And for pricing Absolutely spot on. I was expecting a high bill for the service, but came in way under what I expected. I am a professional home inspector and I recommend these guys anytime. If I used them in my own home, you should use them alao.
I gave them a call on a Friday afternoon regarding a clogged kitchen sink and was able to get scheduled in right away for Monday morning. Tim came by and got the job done really well. We haven’t been able to properly use our kitchen sink for months due to slow draining and it was so nice to get it finally fixed. Pricing felt fair as well. Steve and his crew were very punctual I had an appointment very quick. Good down to earth, friendly people. Go above and beyond to tackle the problem. Steve and his crew were great! Would highly recommend and their price was very reasonable!
