Do NOT go near this "company". Worst possible service. Don't provide the service they are brought in for and then take the money anyway. Kevin is rude, aggressive and abusive. My kitchen drain has been clogged and plumbers said no, they couldn't do it. I called other drain services, who NEVER called me back; another gave me a price for the first hour and then the rate for every hour afterwards. I saw a Drain Away truck in town and figured that I had nothing to lose. I called and was told they'd get to me TODAY! In less than 30 minutes, my drain was cleared, the sink and floor were mopped up and the price quoted was EXACTLY what I paid. Had an emergency at night, called Drain Away and they sent someone out first thing in the morning. Joe got right to work, fixed the problem, and left the place clean. Reasonable price too. Great job!
