Well what an awesome company Drain & Able are. Having a severe drainage problem Sam and his boys dug a new gully and new pipes to the main drain. Sam and his boys were friendly and respectful. It was a joy to have them here to fix the problem. They cleaned up so well after, that the garden actually looked better then when they started. Such a reasonable charge also for all their hard work and hours they put in. Highly recommended.
We were very impressed with the service from Drain Able. Diane was exceptional in coordinating the work—efficiently scheduling the job and keeping us informed throughout the process. Ben did an excellent job on-site; he clearly explained the procedure, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
Ben, from Drain & Able first attended on 24th March. He was more than happy to let me watch what was going on, and showed me the camera view revealing the damage done by a water pipe ‘moling’ through a toilet drain, thus causing our toilet to back up. By 4th April all work had been completed. When the repair was actually undertaken, like any small boy, I wanted to look in the hole and see what was going on, and this didn’t cause them any problem.
