Phoned at 9.30 today he fitted me in by 10.30 drains are running great Mrs told me how polite and professional they were and even cleaned up the mess well pleased and would highly recommend them I will definitely use them again if needed and will definitely be passing there number on Thank you very much guys
Called up at 7pm with an issue with our drains. He explained he couldn’t make it that evening but would be there the following day between 12pm and 3pm. I said that I would be at work, and he said that would be fine as long as there was access to water. Gave some good advice on to what the issue could be and how he’d fix it. The following day I’d received a text by 9am saying the issue was fixed, and that I was able to pay by bank transfer. On getting home he’d even tidied and cleaned the garden a bit. Excellent service. Emergency call out within 3 hours, drain unblocked quickly and reasonable price. Highly recommend
Absolutely flawless service. Came round within a day, cleared our drains and even the awful mess it had made down the side of the house from overflowing the day before. Great service, would definitely use again if we ever need to!
