Called up at 7pm with an issue with our drains. He explained he couldn’t make it that evening but would be there the following day between 12pm and 3pm. I said that I would be at work, and he said that would be fine as long as there was access to water. Gave some good advice on to what the issue could be and how he’d fix it. Absolutely flawless service. Came round within a day, cleared our drains and even the awful mess it had made down the side of the house from overflowing the day before. Great service, would definitely use again if we ever need to!
