After a few short months I can tell you that the management team really cares. There is a sense of change that I believe can be heard by all, and the change is positive! Employees are heard when concerns are expressed! Change is coming, and the new team in place is flying the flags!
I worked here for 4 months in quality, I was written up multiple times. the production manager Tanya didn’t like that I was pointing out mistakes that she was making so was lied sayin I was damaging product on purpose. Work environment was hostile and made out like me being harassed was not a big deal then suspended me and fired me during my suspension. Worst work experience I have ever had.
