Great experience and customer service! We brought in our daughter’s bike to have the seat and handlebars adjusted for her height. As soon as we explained what we needed, the owner jumped right in and made sure everything fit her perfectly. We were truly impressed by his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Highly recommend!
What a great shop! Friendly staff and excellent service. I’ve been to Dragonspine a few times now and every visit has been a positive experience. I had an event last week where I had a puncture. Dragonspine had a set of tires in stock and were able to get my tubeless setup done the same day. It was so easy, I brought in my gravel bike in the next day to have new rubber and tubeless setup. Fast efficient friendly service! I’m so lucky they are in my neighborhood!
I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. I usually take my bike to my local Trek dealer, but they don’t quite have the expertise for higher-end aftermarket upgrades, that’s where Dragonspine Cycles really stands out. They can handle just about anything, and their pricing is very fair. The owner, Ivo, was professional, personable, and genuinely enthusiastic about my vision for the bike. I got a flat nearby while riding to work, and thankfully Ivo was able to get me back on the road with quick and friendly service. His space is warm and welcoming, and full of bikes that will make you drool. Highly recommend stopping here for your service needs, whether you’ve got a high-end bike or a commuter in need of a simple fix.
