Amanda is so professional and works on the complete body, mind and spirit. She shares her wisdom and gives me excercises so I can help myself. My body has improved so much since I started seeing Amanda and I am so thankful for her.

Amanda always starts with a quick overview of how you are feeling before the session starts. Great massage and just the right amount of pressure. Sometimes you get a little stretching exercise homework, lol.
Amanda is absolutely the most amazing massage therapist I have ever had! She takes her time and is so fluid with the hot stones not to mention she makes the bed already nice and warm to begin your massage. She uses beautiful smelling oils non toxic and all natural. I didn’t feel like I was all greasy after either and needed to redo my hair;) I left feeling refreshed and repaired after she flushed out my achy sore muscles. Thank you so much Amanda! Looking forward to my next one!
