It's been about 5 weeks and the pain in my heel went from a level of 7-9 down to 1-2! Acupuncture , anti-inflammatory herbs, self massage , ice, orthotics ... it all came together in a plan that is working. I'm very impressed with Requel's knowledge and explanations throughout the process.
