This is a direct response to Bailey White the owner of Dragonfly. You thought you could retaliate against me after I kindly asked you to lowere your voice during a group meeting among 8 of us that day. I didn’t disrespect you in any way. Absolutely love the staff! They are always welcoming, kind and caring! The counselors are amazing they take the time to listen, and give you back positive solutions, but you do it together! Thanks again Dragonfly, you help me learn to find and love the real sober me!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Impossible to schedule an appointment. Dave texted me to get my daughter on the books. I asked him any day after 3. He said next availability would be November 27th. On Thanksgiving. He said misty is only available every other Thursday. So I told him to put me on the schedule for December 11th which he confirmed was open. Then he told me he cannot schedule that far out. I have never heard of a clinic not being able to schedule a few weeks out. He told me he doesn’t “typically” schedule that ... read more

I was told to be there at 4 pm and if I haven't done my paperwork then to be there at 3:45 pm. I showed up at 4 pm and they denied me even though my paperwork was done. When I asked them what I should do they said to find a different facility. They obviously dont care about people.
