In May 2025 stylist Connie was a no show no call to my daughter's appointment, later we discovered it was due to a personal issue, we were understanding and were promised a refund. My daughter had to pay $85 just to book the appointment online and this has not been repaid. I was asked to remove my review from google because it was negative and was an unavoidable mishap, so I did. But now you can't take the booking money, no show, no call and keep the money. Britnee is an absolute gem. Having lived coast to coast, it is never easy to find someone who is not only comfortable but also super skilled in creating the perfect shade of red. Whether you want it vibrant and eye catching or subtle and natural, she's got you. Even when I don't know exactly how to describe what I'm going for, she's able to help guide me to finding the perfect color/cut. So thankful to have found her!
I highly recommend you go see Kelli for all of your hair needs. She is such a seasoned hair stylist who knows what she is doing without hesitation. A true artist, a gifted communicator, and a genuinely wonderful human being. She cuts my husband’s hair, too, and she makes magic happen with anyone in her care. Kelli Lunceford is absolutely amazing! My hair has never looked better. She listens to all my requests, my hair always looks like my photo. She not only can cut and color she also has the sweetest soul! Good vibes every time 💕
