Heather always does so amazing on my eyebrows! It’s the only thing I consistently get done now due to finances but in the past, I’ve gone here for several other services such as manicures, pedicures, massages, eyelash tint and lift, etc. I’ve always received great and friendly service from all the staff.

My wife went here and did not have a good experience. She made an appointment online, got there and was told it shouldn’t be too much longer. She waited 20mins and no one said another word to her. The 2 ladies there were talking about getting drunk. After she waited another 5 mins, I came and picked her up and she was never waited on.

I went in for calico ...and got nothing even close. But because I, like most rational human beings after having a mental breakdown over how AWFUL my hair was, and how I was basically robbed blind because they told me it was good and let me LEAVE AND PAY like that, I went to get my hair covered up by someone else where. To you and I that may not sound unreasonable but to management it was, and I know rules are rules for a reason, but there are also EXCEPTIONS to the rule for EXIGENT circumstances. Had a pedicure. The technician was very sweet, I just didn't feel like I got my money's worth. My feet didn't stay in the water together and the jets were never turned on. I bought a package with callous removal, I still have them. The polish doesn't look great either. Definitely not worth $70. Will not return. The next day I had two toenail ends to peel off. Worse pedicure I've ever paid money for.
