Sean is awesome! Came out in the pouring rain to diagnose a few issues on my fifth wheel. Was able to get my trailer movable quickly when my auto leveling jack system went completely inop. Man is a lifesaver and he knows his stuff! Super friendly and respectful, good conversation, overall just a great guy! Was also willing to answer random additional questions after repairs. Highly recommend Dragonfly RV Repair for ANY camper/RV repair needs.
Sean knows RVs! Inside out and upside-down. He's honest about what he can/doesn't do and gave referrals for the items outside his purview. He came and worked on our recently acquired 12yo rig. To tell the truth I was wondering if we'd made a mistake getting it. After Sean gave her a thorough going over, fixing things we'd identified, finding a few additional areas needing attention but also pointing out the upgrades that had been done (that the dealer probably didn't even know) I no longer have buyers remorse.
