I lived in Hixson but moved to the other side of town...East Brainerd and Ooltewah about 25 years ago. Recently I moved back to Hixson and have been looking for nail salon for several months. In the old days, I always went to "Kay's Nails". I knew it had a new name, Dragonfly Nails, and assumed it was under new ownership.
