I had my first massage at Dragonfly with Danielle and she was exceptional. We talked about areas that needed work/attention and she nailed it, wielding magic with hot and cold as well. I’ve never been sore after a massage; but I was in it to win it. So great!
60-minute-deep tissue massage with Heidi was great! I didn't think when I moved to the Cape that I would find a massage therapist as good as the person back home, and I did. Heidi is wonderful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and professional.
After suffering for 3 weeks from hip pain, I went for my monthly massage. Patti diagnosed it as being in the piriformis muscle. She said it was most important to stretch the muscles in the area and strengthen them slowly. She showed what I can work on in bed, not having to get down to and up from the floor.
