Absolutely Wonderful!! – The food is spectacular! The service is super friendly and knowledgable. And the prices very reasonable. My family and I had a very positive experience when we dined here Christmas Eve. You must try the Dreaming Roast Duck. Yum Yum Yum! Excellent and Delicious – After 10+ very positive visits, Dragonfly has become my favorite Chinese restaurant in the city. Can you compare it to Chinatown? Well, you get the authenticity of Chinatown, but with superb quality. Try ordering scallops (or any seafood dish) ANYWHERE in Chinatown, and compare it to Dragonfly's. HUGE DIFFERENCE. Superb!! – The food is excellent. I have never viewed it as a club, since my wife and I have yet to experience their nightlife. We have been eating here since the beginning, and we have remained loyal customers. We eat chinese all the time, and before Dragonfly, we would frequent Chinatown or perhaps China Palace in Argyle. Cool Scene, Sub-Par Food – My girlfriend and I went to check out both the food and lounge scene. The garlic bean curd app was quite good but the main dishes were lacking. We ordered the king prawns and honeymoon chicken which were overly sweetened reminding me of chinese fast food like panda express. Draggin Maybe – Very average food. This is a lounge that has Chinese food. Don't confuse it with a restaurant. You may want to be seen here, but you'll definitely want to eat somewhere else.
Not As Good As The Small Ones – I would rather go to a buffet than to this place!!!!!!!
Good Food; Bad Service – Food was very good; service was very bad. Appetizers were terrific. They for got one of our orders, by the time they were ready to serve it, I told them to cancel. They discounted my check 20%; I did not want a discount;I wnated dinner.
Ridiculous – This place was just dumb. Took a date there looking to impress her and we both left underwhelmed. First of all, the service was poor and slow. They seemed irritated by the fact we didn't order an apetizer even though we spent well over 100 bucks for 2 meals and several drinks. They also managed to bring out my entree at least 15 minutes before my date's. And somehow both entrees were luke-warm when they were finally presented. intriguing – I was at Dragonfly twice in the past week - and had great luck both times. Reservations would be wise, as there is limited seating, and people like to take their time here. The appetizers, especially the "Garlicky Tofu," are tasty, and the entrees are varied and generally quite good. The "family style" manu description is misleading.
