I've worked with Chris on a number of property inspections, and continue to do so. He's thorough, focused, has a step-by-step process that is detailed, clear, and accompanied by easy to understand reports. Always available for follow up calls, explanation of issues to be addressed, and is great to work with.
Chris was very thorough and informative. He performed a home inspection as well as septic inspection and water testing. The inspection report went into great detail about the issues he found, and gave recommendations on how to remedy each issue. Chris did a very detailed home inspection for our new house in the Valley area. He was very methodological and shared good advice about the state of the house. The report was very thorough and we liked that he included many photos to explain different inspection types. Would recommend booking with Dragonfly for any house inspection needs.
Dragonfly home inspections was great! I love that he does it all - house, well, water, septic - it was a long day but we got it all done and he even inspected domes for us which was amazing. I would highly recommend booking with Dragonfly in the future.
