Jennifer is amazing! The scheduling process was smooth and I appreciated the text reminder. We discussed problem areas and goals for the session beforehand. The massage itself was fantastic, catered to my needs that day. The debrief afterward was helpful to see the muscle connections and what activities may affect areas of the body.
