If you have long curly hair I advise you not to go there. It has been a year now since my so called trim where the apprenticed cut off over 20cm of my hair on each side, taking my fringe way to far. I have been growing this out all year with the only option of being cutting all my long hair off to match the pieces that are missing or to tolerate it and grow it out, which would take years.
