BS warranty they make you jump through hoops if your battery quits working forms to fill out with a bunch of non sense questions they want pictures of the installation and want you to do their job of troubleshooting for them why its not working save your money buy a different brand Battleborn last about 4 1/2 years and they knows this so they say 10 years warranty for a sales point bad company poor customer service buy a different brand let their company die like their batteries
