On last Sunday I went to this place to do Keratin. Jocelyn and her assistant worked unprofessionally on my hair. I reached out to her the next day with the images of my fuzzy and curly hair to express my experience and get some advice. Her reply was “ I did a favour to you on my day off and nothing else I can do it is what it is”!!! Instead of offering a simple apology or any suggestion to fix the situation somehow. Jocelyn is an excellent and sophisticated hairstylist. She is an expert in bob haircut. She is definitely a gem as a person with customers. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful massage from Sara today. First time at her spa but it surely will not be my last. Small place but extremely clean and neat, Sara applies just the right pressure and gets all the knots out. I highly recommend her for a great massage talent.
