DO NOT BUY A DR HORTON HOME!!!! My bathroom fan stopped working after 4 years. DR Horton had me buy a new fan from the manufacturer. After 3 weeks the latent electrical issues burnt up that fan as well. They will not take responsibility nor acknowledge this was their poor craftsmanship and materials. We had to pay an electrician to come out and the report says the installed modular switches by DR Horton failed to provide a true open (disconnected) state when in the OFF position. Quality control is terrible, look at the photos, house was already bought, but buyer has 0 clue that his concrete inside the house is already cracked all throughout. Watch your house being built to avoid this.
