Very disappointed in Drag Fire. I purchased a receiver hitch for my 2016 Can Am Maverick. They advertise it's tongue as being 300 lbs. I have roughly 200 lbs. and it started bending down. I called their support desk and was asked to send photos, which I did. Since then I've left several emails and voicemail. Never heard back from them. I just bought an EMP receiver and it is amazing. Actually covers the entire back of the differential.
Kyle & the customer service team at dragonfire racing knocked it out of the park recently with a problem I was having. They’re prompt & courteous attention have earned them a customer for as long as I have toys , lol . THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE KYLE & TEAM !!!! 🤙
