I made an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. I even emailed ahead to request a later delivery. I received no response but expected the order to be delivered. Tell me why the order was cancelled without any notification whatsoever. I called, no response. I emailed, no response. That’s extremely terrible customer service and you guys should just be honest if you can’t supply the demand. I will just dispute the charge. I will never order from your place of business again!
My first and definitely last experience with this place. Called in and received instructions on how to place an order online for funeral flower arrangements. Placed my order online based off the instructions. Later learned my order was cancelled and now the expected flowers will not be there. When I called to find out why, I was told that the “system” they used to process their payments said that my payment was fraudulent and they could not tell me anything more beyond that. This place has a big selection of beautiful flowers and gifts. But when having an arrangement made it will depend on who is doing it. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Last Thursday when I was there having an arrangement made i really wasn't happy but luckily Nicolette stepped in and went out of her way to make me happy. I really appreciate professional like that. I’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I received flowers for my birthday on January 22, and they were already in bad condition upon arrival—wilted, discolored, and clearly not fresh. It’s incredibly disheartening, especially since my mother has sworn by this company for years. What makes this even worse is that this is not the first time it’s happened.
