I hired Jaqueline to help finalize cabinetry, flooring, and lighting selections for my kitchen renovation. She had one month to complete selections before she left for vacation. While she did refund my deposit the day before she left , the work was not completed and I was left without the selections I needed by the verbally agreed deadline. My experience was frustrating, and I would encourage anyone considering her services to be very clear about timelines and deliverables up front and in writing.
