Well worth the wait (they were packed) and the small inconvenience of parking (downtown metered street parking or Parkade).
The food is wonderful I think one of the best in Whatcom county.
The best Chinese food I've ever had, and my absolute favorite restaurant! Great flavor, lovely atmosphere, and awesome service. I'm regularly returning to Dragon River and I have yet to find something on the menu that isn't great! I highly recommend it to anyone in the Bellingham area looking for a great restaurant for lunch or dinner!!
Word of mouth is the best form of advertising! After hearing about my friend Stephanie Chou's experience I choose never to eat at this establishment! Too bad-never ate there but heard food is great. Just goes to show you can't treat people like this and expect them to come back for more.
Racists. They trash talk their customers and say bad things about mixed raced babies. Isn't this 2015 in Bellingham?! Get with the times.
A friend and I ate dinner this evening at Dragon River. I had the Home Style Pulled Pork and Baozi. My friend had Egg Drop Soup and Ma Po Tofu. We each tried all of the dishes and were very pleased with them. The Home Style Pulled Pork was very tender and flavorful. The Ma Po Tofu was just beautiful. There are many more items on the menu which I want to try. My friend and I will both be returning to Dragon River.
