They definately live up to the Google Reviews already posted! Called them to check when they would deliver and this fellow was so incredibly rude I am amazed he still has a job! Order was placed through Boilerjuice and he did not have any record he said which is absolute rubbish! I spoke with Boilerjuice and cancelled the order and had them blocked from every being included again!! No more deliveries from this bunch!!

Ordering from them was very easy but getting the oil is a different story. They did not deliver on the "on or before" date. I had to call to find out what was going on only to be greeted with it will be delivered. Not a very helpful response. I did eventually get my oil but my experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ordered heating oil on the 9th. Confirmation email delivery on or before the 20th. Received email on the 19th to confirm delivery 20th. Failed, no call or email to explain. After contacting and receiving an apology was told delivery would be the 22nd. Failed again. No call or email to explain. Contacted Dyserth again and was told by Lewis he'd return my call in 15 minutes with an explanation after speaking to his transport manager. 40mins later received call from another office with poor explanation of tried twice to deliver... read more

Awful, my 74yr old deaf mother was supposed to have oil delivered several times by this company. Missed every delivery slot, kept advising they would deliver the next day and never did. Dont respond to phone calls. During freezing conditions my mother had to resort to neighbours providing oil heaters. pretty disappointing.
