If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people are UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my mom here and told the massagers up-front not to bend my mom's knees. As a matter fact, I said "No bend knees". How much simpler can I make this? Guess what? She bent my knees hard and quickly enough to make my mom scream in pain. I asked for $20 back for them not listening.
