Been going to Dragon City on-and-off since 2004 and have been satisfied with their food and service. Yesterday, ordered lunch for everyone at my job and half the order was wrong (overlooked multiple specific order requests, missing item and Chicken Chow Mein not cooked correctly). I explained to the staff that the owner was overwhelmed and that this is a very rare occurrence. I was expecting a partial refund via Uber to which Dragon City rejected. I have escalated this situation with Uber.

This place is a hidden gem for locals. Sometimes they have weird hours on Mondays but they are open the rest of the week. My family ordered take-out last weekend for a cozy Saturday night-in. The vibe was def more hole in the wall (ish), but those places are typically where you find the best food. Service was quick, the lady in the front was friendly and in less than 5 minutes, I was out of there (though I did call in the order). FOOD WILL HAVE YOU IN THE HOSPITAL DO NOT EAT I ordered black pepper chicken, pork egg roll w sweet n sour sauce and pint of wonton soup. the black pepper chicken I ate a few bites and the taste was very off not sure why I stopped eating it I didn’t even touch the soup a couple hours later I was sick to my Stomach I THREW UP ALL THE FOOD AND BLOOD. I had to go to hospital i had Gotten bad FOOD I was sick last two Days due to their food. I don’t even wanna eat Chinese food ever again.

Very nice place. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the place was decorated quite nicely. Mei was a sweetheart and took great care of us!

Forgot my soda and everything was Burnt . Like everything. Dry and burnt . Pretty much inedible.
