AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with this garage was so terrible that I felt I had to warn others. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. First off, communication was non-existent. They run by what’s app not telephone, and ignored several messages. I had to chase them for updates, and when I finally did get someone on the phone, they were rude, vague and unhelpful. Not once did they proactively update me on the status of my car. Never again. Terrible experience.
Been down today for a problem with my roof ,they took all details, inspected vehicle and diagnosed the problem straight away with no fee for doing it ,these people are very trustworthy excellent in what they do can't highly recommend these guys
Avoid like the plague !! Absolutely appalling garage. The bmw came back with more problems than it went with, 3 months later and almost £2500 bill. The woman on reception is both rude and disrespectful when you can eventually get an answer even via message
Came in today amazing customer service so helpful told me whats wrong and what to do next will definitely use again
