Very disappointed with the level of service tonight. The gentleman who took my order was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful while I was placing a large family order. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and was always helped by a lovely lady who was kind and welcoming, which made this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won’t be returning. I hope management addresses the customer service, as no customer should be spoken to that way

I like this take out spot. Usually the person at the window is friendly. Delivery is quick. Pick up orders are usually ready under ten minutes.

Picked up some chicken wing and an egg roll. The wings were very small, over cooked and dry. So, I asked for at least several packs of condiments bc they always only give one pack if you ask. I asked why? He replied that you only spent $11. I was shocked with his answer. I will never go back or recommend any Dragon restaurant to anyone. That was a rude answer bc I work very hard for a nice meal. Not nice.

I usually order delivery at work when I call them, and the food is ALWAYS delivered much faster than the time window they give which is great. The person taking my order is always pleasant, and so is the delivery person. The food has always been the way I ordered it and hot. This my go to for Chinese food when I'm at work!
