We've done great business in the past, but recently, the experience has not been so good. They've failed to keep in contact or to reply back to emails. Motion Industries ghosted me like I was a high school kid that was breaking up with his girlfriend. I had to take my business elsewhere to a place that kept you updated and well informed on the status of my needs. Because Motion was good in the past, I will give them a 2 star rating. Today's action would be 0 stars.
I needed to match a bearing to replace a poor quality one in my washing machine. The lady there was very friendly and went the extra mile to find a perfect replacement. I'd been to other Motion Industries locations before, and my experiences have always been great.
