great community hardware store Drago's is a great community hardware store, and I have always found employees to be very helpful. I probably wouldn't go there to buy power tools, but to fix something around the house, be it plumbing or electrical, they always seem to have the parts I need.
Poor Sales and Customer Service On a recent trip to this hardware store I was in the market for a circular saw. I went here first because they are very near my home. To begin with, their selection was very poor with only a few to choose from. Second, the person who waited on me was extremely rude and very unknowledgeable. From what I understand he is one of the owners. I knew what I wanted and asked questions concerning the function and use of the saw. Good customer service I went in this past jan.08 to purschase a "glo warm " heater. We asked a lot of questions abt the models of heaters and abt supplies for a current older model gas heater that required the little brick caulks.There was two employees who were very helpful .there patience and knowledge made it a good experience for both my husband and I. I will always go there first b4 go out in the community . My first reviewed had an error..it should have dsplayed 4 stars...not one..The service was "very good!
Limited Supplies I hate this store because they have limited supplies. One time I went there to find a specific wood piece for my kitchen counter. I looked and looked but cannot find it so I had to go to another store. Drago Hardware store does not have much supplies compared to the big companies and so that's reason why there are a few customer. The only possible reason why they are still in business is because they have good prices. Without that, I don't see a long future in that company. I don't recommend to all.
