I have been waiting over a year for a warranty to claim to ship. Company has nothing but empty promises. I would personally order from any company but this one again.
7 months and still waiting for warranty replacement. They stopped responding to emails. I will update this if they actually send a replacement.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Nov 2022, have a warranty issue with a Tracker Backpack. Its May 23 and the pack STILL hasn't been replaced. Heard all kinds of excuses from, supply chain issues to "our shipper sent us the wrong boxes." I can't wait to get the new bag so I can throw it in the garbage.
I am a huge fan of their products, I currently own the tracker backpack and the 2 rifle gun case and find their products to be durable and very well built. The reason for the 1 star review is their customer service, for a small business I’d expect them to treat their customers a lot better. I have reached out countless times trying to get a replacement strap for my tracker backpack and have been told it will be sent, waited 2 weeks and nothing.
