This location has a five star rating for very good reason. My original appointment was at the Dallas location (3001 Quebec St Suite 208), but when I showed up they gave every excuse they could to avoid the installation. "We don't do installations at 4 pm." "We don't see your appointment in our system." "We don't have any equipment." The next day the shop I went to didn't have the diagram they needed so they called the Grand Prairie location and the Technician Alex got me in the same day.
