Had a flat battery and they charge me 150 extra bucks its a rort . They are disgusting . Unfair .unjust and unruly. The machine is not safe and has also stuffed the electrica of my car . They are pigs

The service technician I interacted with at this establishment, for the removal of an interlock device on my car, was honestly the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever come across in a business. The unprofessionalism exhibited by the service technician on duty was almost beyond belief. If this is the quality of personnel that Draeger accepts for one of their public interacting service centres, then you can only assume that the company as a whole has nothing but disrespect for their customers. Quick, no fuss, well explained and out of there. Very expensive though. No dramas with the service. I imagine this dude would get some serious grief for just doing his job considering what it is he is doing. I have to say people, we are all in there because we stuffed up. It isn't the technicians fault.
