The technician Carlos is amazing he is professional and very knowledgeable about the product installed. He has helped with my battery issue My battery died and he charged it and assisted me further I honestly never meet a kinder and considerate person like him in Virginia.Truly a good person he don't make you feel like a alcoholic or criminal he treats you like a human . Thanks for helping me and my dog Brady get home safely.

If I could leave no stars I would ‼️ this Hampton location is so unprofessional my experience with them was rude and inconsiderate not 1 but 3 times I had to come back to this place 2 for rescheduling and 1 was my very first time here and the light skinned guy with glasses told me due to circumstances with my vehicle i couldn't get an interlock installed had go around for months not knowing what to do because the damage on my car wasn't easy to fix so I spent month trying to fix it just so I could get it installed then on to... read more
The whole process of completing the ASAP requirement sucked except for the interlock experience. I was actually at peace dealing with the whole company. I hope someone reads this and picks Drager, I was happy I did.
Sonia was amazing! Great place to get your device installed and calibrated. Helped me resolve an issue i was stressing about.
