When I arrived for my first visit as a new patient, the wait wasn't too long once I filled out the initial paperwork, and most of the staff was pleasent. However, once the nurse sat me in the Dr.'s Office, it was over an HOUR before the Dr. even saw me. When I explained this to her and showed my frustration, she didn's say anything. Not even an apology for the wait. I felt like more of a number than an actual patient. I will NOT be going back to this office for future visits.
