Brilliant as always. 🤩
Had an absolutely amazing night for my birthday. My friends all thoroughly enjoyed the show, sone of us had never been ither it had been about 20 years, we will all be back! Loved the staff acting on theme and staying in character. Our waitress Scorpio was absolutely amazing and we were never waiting for anything!
We took our Intellectually Disabled son for his 50th birthday. We were a bit worried that it may be too much for him but he absolutely loved the whole experience. The excellent customer service helped so thankyou kindly.
Edited to one star after a truly soulless corporate response without an apology that has now been deleted Great performance and food. Unfortunately my experience was impacted by having a staff member I didn’t know was next to me scream in my ear without warning at maximum volume whilst I was in the process of walking into the venue. I have chronic pain in my head/right eye, so in addition to the stress and panic brought on by this sudden moment I spent the rest of the night in increased pain. Staff were very rude to us when outside waiting to come in and once we were in the waiting area to go on the train the same woman was rude to the lot of us again becoming very abrupt when the whole lot of us were as squashed in as far as we could be theres ways of speaking it wasnt as tho she was in character she was straight out nasty to everyone didn't appreciate it especially when this was the first time my partner and I had been out in awhile once inside it was better other staff were in character and good the band was g... read more
