Allie is a great coach! She teaches good form and motivates you but not in an intense/scary way :) Dropped in on a class and everyone was very welcoming. The exercises were demonstrated and lots of modifications were offered so it wasn't intimidating at all. Will be back for sure!
Great workout. Members were really nice and welcoming to our group of 5 drop-ins.
