We have used Josh and Dave of Dracass Builders for multiple projects at our retirement home in Gilmanton and are thrilled with the quality, finishes and look of the end result. Our new staircase is magazine quality. They took on a major renovation/addition and had numerous difficulties to overcome with wonky prior construction and the need to conform to lakefront restrictions.
