I brought in an old, loved gold bracelet to be repaired (as other jewellers only repair their own stuff). I just picked up my bracelet and the same person who saw me a fortnight ago saw me this time and explained what happened with the bracelet and that because it is so well loved and worn, it really needs to be a sometimes wear, not everyday, and I really appreciate that honestly. Bracelet was also cleaned and polished and any broken links returned to me. Very happy 🥹
