DRA Real Estate currently owes us refunded rent. They refuse to pay it, even after going to court for the matter and winning the case and a judgement against them. To this day, they are ignoring the court's ruling to pay the refunded amount plus attorney's fees, which is now over $20,000. We have not been able collect and have started new proceedings for garnishment which has proven fruitless so far. Feel free to trash the place once you leave because good luck getting that deposit back! We wrote down the main damages in the preliminary inspection so we can get the deposit back at the end of the year. Little did we know that DRA would nitpick every little thing, including missing blinds that we never had in the first place, "dirty" floors that were already beyond salvage from the get-go (wood floors that were literally black from dirt upon moving in), the list goes on for more than I care to explain.
