Bueno, hoy fui por primera vez a sacar cita. Me cobraron 75.00 por darme la cita ya que el costo es de $150.00. Me dieron un record para llenar pero la muchacha luego me apuró por que tenían que irse de almuerzo.. me atendieron bien, pero, luego de leer éstas notas me preocupa ya que no reembolsan el dinero. Obligado tengo que ir, solo espero que no tenga problemas. De todas maneras, cuando vaya a mi cita y me pongan los ganchos volveré y les actualizaré el servicio y las estrellas. Por eso le di dos.
Muy mal servicio, 2 años y medio de tratamiento para eliminar espacios y me quito los braces dejandome espacios. No pierdan el tiempo ni dinero
Me tienen mal, me han extendido el tratamiento multiples veces ya llegando casi a 2 años cobrandome $100 por cada cita adicional despues de extenderme el tratamiento y no solo eso, a cada rato se me sale un bendito alambre de los braces y no bregan bien. Quiero que sepan que no soy el único pasando por esto ya que tengo 2 amigos más que le están haciendo exactamente lo mismo y lo digo con sinceridad. POR FAVOR NO PIERDAN EL TIEMPO NI EL DINERO
Los alambres se despegan y es un porquería , ya me han añadido como 10 sitas y siempre que voy son $100 y aun no han resuelto nada la vdd debería ser 0 estrellas no lo recomiendo para nada mejor vallan a mayagues o sansebastian el servicio pésimo...
Really rough assistants, most of them have a full on conversation about literally anything and everything while you’re sitting in the chair like a mummy, if you have a complaint they don’t take it seriously at all… Just overall a terrible experience and I dreaded going there every month. If I could choose another orthodontist I’d pick any other one, just not this one. Also, if they give you a curtain certain hour, don’t worry because you can arrive 3 hours late, no worry!
