The staff was lovely. But I have been waiting over a week for them to send radiologist written results for 2 MRIs to Sloan Kettering. My surgery cannot be scheduled without this info being sent. MSK and I keep contacting them but ti no avail!
Be cautious with this place. In my experience, they bill as a hospital-based outpatient facility rather than a regular local office, which makes standard care drastically more expensive. The service was fine and the staff was helpful, but I was genuinely surprised to see hospital-level billing and extra fees show up for a routine check-up at a local office. Liked it better when someone spoke to me after breast imagining. Now we have to wait for weeks for an answer. You took away the best customer service. The one on one service gave me a chance to review my imagine with the Dr. Not happy with the service and more. You treat womens imagining like where cattle. You can do better Mr. CEO of Northwell Healthcare.
