Had my first mammogram and my lady was absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and educated me along the way. I will never forget you!
Horrible. My 8 year old daughter was brought into the fishkill location with her physician's STAT order for a chest x-ray to determine if she had pneumonia. 24hrs later they still hadn't even looked at the image. After being hung up on multiple times I was finally able to reach someone. I was told the images hadn't been looked at because the doctor didn't classify it as a STAT order. Quite possibly the worst office I’ve ever stepped into. Zero ability to schedule properly, use their own software properly while giving people the run around about machines breaking and appts not being available. Women in the front office are not the ideal candidates for a medical office requiring empathy and bed side manner. I will never return.
Usually never had a problem here. I checked in at 10:25 for a 10:50 appointment, was sent upstairs to wait. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes with no communication from anyone, a nice lady at the desk who works for another company went back and found no one available. I went back down to office and spoke to receptionist. She called upstairs and couldn't give me a reason as to what happened. I rescheduled, hopefully will be better next visit.
Lack of privacy during a procedure in which one is exposed appears to be an issue here.
