This review is NOT an exaggeration,nor am I complaining about any small aspect of this establishment. My wife had a Cat Scan of her Abdomen and Pelvis over ten days ago. She has end stage Renal Failure,is a dialysis patient who needs a kidney and liver transplant. She was sent here due to complications she is feeling. Tried to call and schedule an appointment for an ultrasound and the women in the phone literally argues with me over what was on my referral. Didn’t schedule the appointment and went somewhere else because she wouldn’t stop arguing with me.
Highly Highly Incompetent Organization: Had an MRI of my neck done. Was told that results would be competed within 1 week. It is now Week 3 and was told that they had no record that an MRI had been performed. When I provided them with proof that I had been there, I was then told they were sending a memo over to the medical team to have to have a report written.
Had my first mammogram and my lady was absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and educated me along the way. I will never forget you!
Horrible. My 8 year old daughter was brought into the fishkill location with her physician's STAT order for a chest x-ray to determine if she had pneumonia. 24hrs later they still hadn't even looked at the image. After being hung up on multiple times I was finally able to reach someone. I was told the images hadn't been looked at because the doctor didn't classify it as a STAT order. I assured who I spoke to that it was a STAT order because I faxed them the order and still had the original that clearly stated it. I was then ... read more
