UPDATE: We have been contacted and agreed to disagree and to move on and finalize the sleep study as outlined in the paperwork. UPDATE: They have now refused to release the data related to this study. I will Update again if/when they complete the study and submit the results as they contracted to do. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very incompetent.
Run far away as fast as you can. Awful place. Unprofessional office staff, sketchy COO, and questionable facilities. Didn't even have enough supplies for all the patients. This place should be investigated because I'd be shocked if they are up to code and meet the criteria for Medicare.
I'd give 0 stars if possible. The office manager Vanessa was rude and the facilities were substandard. Awful experience and I'm shocked this place can stay in business. The only bright spot was that the tech Jerry was fabulous. Too bad he couldn't run it by himself.

I had sleep study at Tahlequah location back in July and returned to do a follow up the “new” location. A major downgrade is the nicest thing I could say about the new facility. The staff is the same and do their best to accommodate you however this facility is absolutely sleeping in an exam room... I can not believe they can in good conscience subject patients to this quality of facility after having such a nice one just a month ago..... I would definitely not recommend at least the Tahlequah location!!!!
